Abstract

Pure milk is a liquid derived from the miking of dairy cow’s whose natural content is not reduced or added any treatment. Milk is a source of energy because is contains a lot of lactose and fat, it is also called a source of building substances because it also contains a lot of protein and minerals as well as various auxiliary materials in metabolic processes such as minerals and vitamins. Badransari village is one of the villages in the sub-district Kembangsari from a total 21 villages with boundaries between hamlets. Most of the villagers of Badransari are farmers and breeders, from which the livestock can produce pure cow’s milk which is then sold to collectors at a fairly cheap price armed with experimental experience.
